Without teams we would be lonely wolves trying to complete tasks which may be too great to conquer. Teams are successful in many reasons.
Every change needs a trigger. There has to be something what drives us forward. It does not necessarily need to be Send a Man on the Moon type of BHAG [Big Hairy Audacious Goal], but at least forward-looking idea for something what is not easily reachable would be good.
Usually we all start something new with enthusiasm and motivation. Thinking back to first day at school, new workplace or new relationship. Not always, but often after time goes by we have less and less motivation.
